I'm a reporter and editor who has to move countries for work. I've lived here for a year and a half and am looking for a replacement for myself who would be willing to buy all/most of my furniture.

This is a really adorable junior one-bedroom apartment with an attached garden in a quiet, tree-lined area in Clinton Hill. Both the C and the G are about five minutes away and you'd be right in the middle of Clinton Hill/PLG/Crown Heights and Bedstuy.

The landlord (a retired rockstar photographer) is looking for someone with a stable career and a solid credit score. He lives on the second floor of the apartment and is very friendly and accommodating. This is a quiet neighborhood with families so it would be best if you have a 9-5 and don't have parties at night.
