We are subletting our one bedroom (“two room” for Berliners) apartment from January 1 to end of June for a single occupant - we have a little flexibility on the end date.

It is top floor, sun-filled with North and South exposure, sky lights, and excellent views with a private balcony. Please note, this is a 5th floor walk up. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, and espresso machine.

The price is 1800 euro and is all inclusive (heat, electricity, internet, etc). The apartment is 85 square meters or 914 square feet.
