Beautiful sunny artist studio in rural wooded setting.
Total space = 1185 square feet.
Two adjoining rooms: 460sq ft. and 725 sq ft.
Double doors connect the rooms. Doors need to be kept open in the winter so heat can travel into both rooms.
Rent is $750/month for the entire space. You pay for heat.

About This Lister
We are two artists and have studios downstairs and across the hall.
We both work mostly in 3-D (mixed media, wood, metal, etc.), but we also do drawing and printmaking.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
We started construction on the studio in 2006 (we built it ourselves) and moved into it in 2009. It's still a work in progress! We've been renting it since 2011.
Rental requirements
No AC
Not for band practice or performance.
Not for high water use as there is only a rainwater sink.
We'd like to rent it for one year minimum, probaly longer. We can see how it works out.
