Women Only – I’m moving out of my Gowanus (border of Gowanus and Park Slope) apartment and looking for someone to take over my lease. The apartment has two bedrooms: a smaller one (currently fits a queen bed and a small dresser) and a larger room that I’ve used as a living room, office, and closet space. The kitchen is pretty big and bright. There aren’t built-in closets but I’m selling the two wardrobe cabinets shown in the pictures.

The lease takeover would start between February 15-16 (ideally), running through the end of July, with the option to extend at that point. You’ll be signing a lease takeover agreement. I’m open to a March 1st move-in, but February 15th is preferred.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one friendly, respectful roommate, and we have a great dynamic—respecting each other’s space and keeping the common areas clean. She has her own private rooms.
