Right in the middle of Manhattan, a lovely, quite cozy 1 bedroom apt all for yourself, in a prewar building, located in Midtown East.

First floor (east steps) no elevator. Very quiet and polite people in the building.
It is facing the internal court so it’s pretty quiet. Fire escapes like you see in the movies :)
Deli 24 h if you need anything in the middle of the night, laundry (by paying) next door, other options very close, Traders Joe’s, Fairway, Whole Food, Target all a few minutes away, plenty of restaurants and much more.

Two minutes walk from the East River, you can take the Ferry on 34th and get in no time anywhere in Brooklyn, Queens, downtown/uptown, looking at a beautiful view without being in the subway or buses, and you can really walk everywhere from home. All public transport is within walking distance.
If you are looking for high end, this is not the place for you, but it is warm and cozy, full of love.

Before leaving, the cleaning is on you and everything needs to be ready for the next client to come (cleaning, mopping, dusting, laundry for towels, sheets, blankets, making the bed and so on). I request a video before leaving the space to show me. If you do not want to clean yourself, I have a professional cleaning person coming, you’ll need to tell me in advance because I need to book, cleaning fees is on you.
