My studio has great light, high ceilings and good wall space. It is in a wonderful artist building in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn. The first image shows the 350 sq ft I am renting. All items in photo will be removed and the floors were painted since this photo was taken.
The entire studio is 700 sq ft (usable) and I am renting 350 sq ft (usable) of my studio. I will rarely be there so most of the time you will have it to yourself.
