I am a performer who is an experienced apartment cleaner and a kick-ass organizer. I prefer to use non-toxic cleaning products. I have references and require a 5-hour minimum. The rate depends on the size of the apartment and the duties required. Pre-job assessment of space and duties is a prerequisite.
I live on Staten Island and will travel to Manhattan and most of the Boros. I look forward to meeting you and whipping your place into shape.

About this Lister

I am an actress, singer, and storyteller. I grew up in NYC and lived in Berlin Germany for sixteen years. I am writing a solo show and a new album. I love dogs, kids, our elders, and the planet. I am very saddened by the current political situation in our world. I am Praying for Peace and a Green future.

Background and Expertise

During my 16 years in Berlin, I was a performer with day jobs. In addition to various e-commerce and gastronomy gigs, I worked for Sunshine Cleaners and Tiger Cleaners. I am still a highly functioning artist with a beloved side business. What's good enough for David Sedaris is good enough for me! Both cleaning and organizing are honorable skills. My clients are pleased with my thorough work, and positive energy.
I have experience with 'regular cleans', deep cleaning, and organizing (including organizing donations and sales of items).
I worked for over 15 years off and on with my mother, the late artist and jeweler Cara Croninger in many capacities. The most needed role (in addition to jewelry production work) was helping her with the basic cleaning and organizing of her studio, so she would have the 'headspace' and physical space to produce and create. I am currently working with several great clients and need to add a few regular time slots. Before a job, I will come to your place to see what needs to be done and what products you have on hand, versus what I should bring. Ideally, if it becomes a regular gig you will purchase what is needed for ongoing service.
