Hi! I am moving upstate and am looking for someone to take over my lease for this stunning studio within the warm and friendly community of Bell Slip. I was the first to live in this studio so all of the appliances, flooring, shower, etc. is brand new. It is on the 23rd floor and offers beautiful sunrises and cotton candy skies toward sunset. You can also see the moon each night next to the wall-sized window. The kitchen is a dream - the dishwasher and microwave blend in perfectly behind the modern cabinetry so your studio feels sleek and clean. Plenty of room for a king-sized bed if needed and nooks to create living space.

There is PLENTY of closet space - three closets total and so much storage in the kitchen I haven't even been able to fill it up myself.

Second to the serene space is the experience of living at Bell Slip. I have been able to meet so many kind and friendly people within this building. Each night I walk by the water and naturally talk to so many friends I've met here. The door staff has become like-family and I always feel at home here. The building is also on the water so you have plenty of access to sunsets and grass. It has two great coffee shops outside of the building door and is at the top of Franklin, the main street with plenty of neighborhood bars and restaurants. There's also a citi-bike station right outside.

My name is Christina L. and I'm 30 years old. I have LOVED living in Bell Slip. It has been so easy to make friends in the building and feels like a neighborhood. Living on the water has been incredible - access to sunsets every night!

I decided to move to Hudson, NY closer to my HQ office. I am really going to miss living here but hope to give the lease to someone who appreciates watching sunrises out their window, find a space to themselves in this studio and enjoy the people that Bell Slip and Greenpoint attracts!
