Beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment available from Feb 16th to Feb 28th. Our apartment is on the 28th floor of luxury building in Greenpoint, sits right in front of the East River with amazing river views and views of the Manhattan skyline (Freedom Tower, Empire State Building, Williamsburg Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge). The apartment has washer dryer in unit and dishwasher as well. We are looking for someone responsible to sublet. $1,500 per week which is already discounted from our monthly rental price. 1 week min rental required but we would prefer to have someone for longer. We are pricing cheaper than our monthly rent, our goal is to have someone/couple who are clean and responsible.
