Hi all! Up for grabs is my very homey space in a very homey apartment one quiet block away from McGolrick Park. My room is about 12x14 with an exposed brick fireplace (non-working) with a mantle/alter above, queen-sized bed with a new Wright Mattress (amazing boutique mattress company in SoHo), a sweet 42" Toshiba Smart TV, 2 east-facing windows (lots of sunlight), computer desk with 3 monitors and an old OG Eames chair, a couple of dressers, lots of books, couple surfboards, and a generally calming energy!
I've got storage space for your clothing, shoes, and some closet space as well.
I share the space with two lovely folks - 27m working in sound/audio tech (quiet in home of course) and 44m antique interior reconstruction - (the latter is away 70% if the time, (former works random day hours with some days at home).
The energy is pretty balanced, definitely not an “Alpha” kinda space so wanting to avoid that vibe.

Our space is a pretty nurturing one and relatively zen with lots of natural light, what is essentially a greenroom in the shared living space with a couch, chair, record player, table, etc., and a decent sized kitchen with a new LG Smart fridge, large table for preparing meals, and basics (sink, oven, etc.). We have one bathroom which is not gigantic, but fine in its own right.
We have newly installed baseboard heating throughout - though it needs to be turned off when leaving apt, as it’s electric and pricey. I've recently had new windows installed for what that's worth - it’s helped heaps with sound and temperature insulation.

My roommates and I all get along very well, though we also enjoy our space as well.
This is an older Brooklyn apartment with a fair amount of real character. If you're looking for a new high-rise style space, keep it movin!
Nearby/within 3 min walk: Little Dokebi Korean bbq, Variety Coffee, hip McGolrick Park, Crema Coffee, Campbells, Pie Corps, The Esthers, Diamond Lil, Lovebirds, Palace, Minnows, Goldies, The Drift, and Buttery Bar. Five Leaves, Crissy’s pizza. McCarren Park, and G train are about 8 min walk.

Need proof that payment won't be an issue and a guarantee that you're not at the apex of your NYC party-days or a wildling looking to overtake Greenpoint. Can push to March 15th if needed/wanted.
