This is the ground floor of a brownstone in BedStuy, Brooklyn on Marcus Garvey and Van Buren. It’s a cozy space with a large kitchen, living room and a large bedroom on the front side of the house, street side.

There’s a king size bed, TV, coffee, table, sofa, desk, and a full working kitchen with a fridge sizable for one to two people. There’s a shower in the bath in the bathroom and a hallway for extra storage space.

We also have a large garden that is shared by the other two units on floors two and three. The garden has a decking, barbecue and a table with five chairs.

Close to the house is a supermarket in less than one minute walk away and a cash only laundromat on the corner. There is also a subway station within a 10 minute walk such as Kosciuscko Street (J/M) and the Bedford Nostrand which is a 15 minutes walk away. There are also two Citi Bike stations at the end of each block, and there are several bus links into the north and west side of Brooklyn.

The neighbourhood is nice, walkable and I'd recommend trying 'Que Chimba' the bagel spot! It's newly opened and fantastic.

The rent includes everything.

I have lived in the neighborhood for about a year and I love it.
