- Calm, clean and open-feeling atmosphere (this is not a loud, cubicle studio environment with tons of people)
- Includes large clean-line work table, chair and shelves, if you want them
- You'll be privately working in your own space and there are 6 other spaces but normally 2 or 3 people are there at a time.
- Flexible length of stay but 6 months is preferable
