Seeking both Full-time and Part-time renters

Seeking 1 full-time renter for a room that is 8.5x10. Practitioner and use must be a good fit for the office. Rate will depend on use and needs. Could be a good fit for a physical therapist, beauty tech, therapist, massage therapist, NP, or other health/wellness professional. Please reach out to discuss!

Part-time rental available per day of the week, starting at $450 per month or $500/month (depending on size of room)
i.e. one treatment room all Mondays = $450 or $500. Hourly rentals are available as an add-on.

The office is home to my acupuncture practice; treatment rooms are available for part-time sublet.

Suitable for a wide range of health and wellness practitioners including acupuncturists, massage therapists, reiki practitioners, nurse practitioners, estheticians, and beauty techs, just to name a few. Other modalities that may be possible include yoga privates, physical therapy, psychotherapy.

This boutique clinic space is located on 14th St. between 5th and 6th Avenues, on the border of Greenwich Village and Chelsea, and a short walk from Union Square Park. Convenient to F, M, and L trains at 6th Ave and 14th Street, and 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R, W trains at Union Square.

The clinic features a serene waiting area with a potted tree, water cooler, skylight and reception counter with some desk space available to renters. Tall ceilings with original tin tiles, exposed brick, and hardwood floors throughout the space. The 6 treatment rooms along a central hallway feature transom windows, sliding pocket doors, and dimmable lights, and are equipped with treatment tables, air purifiers, sonos speakers, cleaning supplies, and massage and acupuncture essentials. Some treatment rooms have portable tables that can be folded and put to the side if using the floor (for example, for Thai massage), and some have electric lift tables that allow for a range of configurations to support your clients/patients and save your body. Depending on the subletter’s modality, some additional supplies will be included such as linens (as for massage); or table paper, drapes, and sharps disposal (as for acupuncture).

At the back of the space there is a windowed practitioner lounge/break room with sink, fridge, microwave, espresso machine, and dedicated cubby storage.
