Have you ever wondered why so many New York City families have so many tutors, counselors, and nannies working with their kids, but there always seems to be a chaotic mess? I can fix that!

Since my actual Ivy teaching is valued at approximately 4K/hr by my institution, this will be a bargain!

My approach is holistic, integrative, and somatically oriented. My work has been described as “magical powers”--test scores increasing rapidly--resistant students coming alive. This isn't tutoring; it's educational transformation.

Weekly commitment: 15 hours covering personalized student sessions, parent advisory, curricular coordination, and academic oversight.

Compensation to be discussed. Services offered in-person during the school year, and remotely during school holidays, vacations, and some weekends.

Extensive references available. Strong experience across K-12; special approaches for each developmental learning stage.

About this Lister

Current Ivy League faculty member (not Columbia!)--teaching experience also includes Harvard and Stanford. While my degrees are substantial and interdisciplinary, I also work closely with a few trusted people. Many former students have become highly sucessful, including MacArthur Genius grants, careers in film and television, law partners at major firms, and much more. I love teaching. It feels creative and amazing, artistic, and very humanizing. I see all of my students, regardless of age, as wondrous thinkers and equal beings.
