The place is a little studio back house in Highland Park. The rent is everything included (internet, water, etc.). Someone lives in the front house and has a very sweet small dog that is occasionally in the backyard, but otherwise he never goes out there to give you privacy. Gardeners come on Saturday for maintenance. There is plenty of street parking as well. Close to York and extremely walkable. The place also has air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, mini fridge, and toaster oven. There is a shower but no bath. Washer and dryer also!
