Location is ideally nestled in Highland Park, at the end of a cul-de-sac a few blocks from York. You can easily walk to the restaurants, bars and shops on York. There is ample street parking, never an issue to find a spot.

-A recently purchased twin-bed (Nectar) on an electrically- adjustable bed frame (useful for reading or maximizing comfort).
- A large desk with comfortable suede roll-chair

I have a fair amount of books on two stands and a mid-century sideboard, and can clear some more space on those as needed.

The room is 10 x 10, with closet space in the hallway for clothes on a quiet street on a cul-de-sac in Highland park. My two roommates, one male and one female are ~30 y/o professionals, easy going and communicable.

You share a clean, and well-maintained bathroom with one roommate, who has a regulated morning schedule and is very nice.

There is a sweet orange cat named Mango; he hangs out in the living room, not in the bedroom or bathroom.

The two roommates who both work during the day and are nice and easy to communicate with.
Shared spaces and amenities of the apartment:
-sizeable living room, with 2 couches and a rocking chair, big TV with lots of subscriptions.
-a very well-equipped kitchen, borderline restaurant grade
-washer and dryer in the house,
-central air in every room
-a spacious backyard with a picinic table and a couple of chairs

I am a professional researcher in my mid-thirties, and need to go out of town for work. Ideal subletter enjoys a studious and peaceful home with immediate access to Highland park, in a wonderful community driven, art centric neighborhood. Must be clean, and respectful, especially as you are sharing a bathroom and using my furniture and have access to all shared spaces.
