Work from Home? My apt has a solid WFH setup, standing desk with a 32" curved screen monitor and high speed internet. I also have a great kitchen setup with a dishwasher, feel free to use anything you want. Full cozy home setup including a robot vacuum at your disposal for daily cleans amongst other items that will make you feel just like home.
Location is key! Conveniently located by literally all the subway lines (1,2,3,4,5,R,W,J,A,E), 1 min to the closest subway and 7min to the furthest. You will be 10 mins from SoHo, Tribeca, LES and Dumbo and 15-20 mins from Union Square and Midtown. Also a 7 mins walk to the pier, where your can take a nice ferry ride over to Brooklyn. Or walk the Brooklyn Bridge, 10 mins away. It also sits in the historic area of Wall Street, so expect plenty of filming action from time to time.
Plenty of recommendations for this amazingly connected neighborhood which I will provide on request! WholeFoods is just 2 mins down the road. Historic bank now cafe within the building.

Rental requirements
50% deposit required to secure the apartment via Venmo, Zelle, or wire transfer, the remaining 50% is due upon arrival, as well as $500 security deposit which will be fully refundable if the apartment is left in good condition.
Price includes all utilities and high speed wifi. A $110 cleaning fee will be included.
Typically the apartment will be ready by 2pm the day you arrive but I am flexible and will work with you to arrange timing based on availability.
