You will have own room with own full bathroom, totaling a applox. private space of 200 sq. ft. Sharing entrance, hallway, dining and living room with a single female 30-ish. (she has her own private room and bathroom)

Available December 17 and for a month and a half, until February 3rd, 2025. (48 days) with some flexibility in exact dates. Flat rent of $1950 for the whole term includes all utility (gas, electricity, AC and heating, Wifi)

The apartment is a whole 2nd floor of 3 story building, totaling in roughly 1000 sq.ft. Your room (pictured here in first three photos) is roughly 15 x 11 in size, furnished with a queen size bed, shelves, a desk and a office chair. It has a large closet and the exclusive access to the backyard garden.

In common areas, amenities in house include microwave, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, electric kettle, record player, some power tools and DIY kits.

6 minutes walk to Jackson Heights-74th Street and Broadway for 7/E/F/M/R subways. 25 minutes to Times Square/Midtown, 30 minute drive to JFK, 12 minutes to LGA. Grocery stores, laundromats, playgrounds and great selections of restaurants & bars are all in the area, yet the street is very quiet. Our backyard is a magical hideaway with a fire pit, BBQ grills, flower garden and chairs.

I am the lease holder and have lived here with my roommate. I will be traveling to Japan for the duration and looking to have a trustworthy person to stay while I am gone, to offset my travel expenses. You will be sharing the apartment with my roommate Sherry, (f30ish) who works regular jobs with publisher and D of Education, she’s quiet, respectful and socially adequate.

You will have to tell me about yourself that explains your needs for this short term residency. I prefer a short term traveler who’s visiting NY for specific professional project/assignment, and my roommate prefers if you are another woman, but not dead set on that. Please provide detailed information about yourself, your profession and lifestyle in general. When I see that you can be a good fit we can schedule a video meeting. Please prepare to provide me some form of proof of your financial stability (bank statements, pay stubs) or reference contacts for those whom you have shared the living space with in the past.

No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties. This share is for you one person. No living with girl/boyfriend or spouse or couch crasher.
$1950 for the whole one month and a half duration. Rent includes gas, electricity and wifi. Security deposit of $750, separate from the rent, is required to close the deal. The deposit will be refunded in full when you move out with no loss and damage to the apartment.
