Newly renovated, the house is equipped with all-new appliances, the water pressure is uncharacteristically good for Los Angeles, and the beds are Four Seasons comfortable. What else do you need?

Close to a Gelsons Supermarket and an 7 minute drive to Los Feliz coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Very easy to get on the highway and commute both west and east.

We are a couple who work in the entertainment industry. We've lived in Los Angeles for quite some time and have built and curated our home with all the love and attention to detail we pour into our jobs. We travel a lot for work and understand how important it is to have a place that is welcoming while away. We are happy to have people stay in our home who will treat it like we do.
