My husband and I visit our family in Lincoln, Nebraska each summer. This year we are looking to offer our home in Midcoast Maine in exchange for someone to offer theirs in Lincoln. Our prefered neighborhoods are Near South, Country Club, and Woods Park. I grew up in Fremont, and my husband outside of Lincoln. We both attended UNL. The ideal layout for the space would be queen size bed, the ability to prepare meals, and get a quiet nights sleep. Ideally, we would have the space to ourselves. But are open to sharing a space with someone else.

I have been couchsurfing since college, and now more formally offer farmstays at our place in Maine. We understand the mutual benefit and respect that comes with opening up your home. We would be so grateful to have a Lincoln home base for two weeks (dates flexible) in August while we bounce around visiting our families. We always love Lincoln's trails and college town vibe.

Last year we had farmstay guests return to watch our farmstead while we traveled. It was a great experience for us both - we love sharing our home. It would be a dream come true if we could pair with lovely folks in Lincoln to do a house swap this August. You can't beat a summer in Midcoast Maine.

Hello, my name is Sara Beth (she/her) and I am a sewist. My husband, Daniel (he/him), is a carpenter. We lived in central Pennsylvania after getting married where I worked with international students at Penn State showing hospitality - think cooking lots of yummy food! - and Daniel worked live music at the State Theatre. The farming bug bit and we started exploring vegetable farms throughout the Northeast. Now we have settled in an old farmhouse on the coast of Maine where we are both self employed. Sewing, woodworking, gardening, homesteading are our bread and better. And best of all, we love to share it with others while also meeting great people on the way.
