Amenities: Thuma King bed, motorized shades, radiant floors, AC, walk-in closet, bathtub, shower, ample bathroom, covered parking. Steam room and/or spa access is optional for an extra fee. You will have full access to the kitchen with great views, island, new appliances, compost mill. You will also have access to DR and LR.
The house is a newly built 2,200 sq ft home in a secluded area in the Hudson Valley (Dutchess county), with an outdoor spa, at 90 miles from NYC. The room is far from the kitchen and LR, so it is very private; has space for a small desk or table. You will be sharing the rest of the house with myself, the owner, only; I live in the house part-time as I commute often to NYC.
Car required (train to Wassaic or Poughkeepsie station)

Ideal as gateway for one person only: writer, artist, researches, remote work-from-home individuals, or those seeking a respite from the city. One month deposit needed; proof of income required for longer stays.
