We're leaving our classic, huge, beautiful, incredible Bedstuy apartment for the spring semester while I so a sabbatical. Dates are February 1-June 1 2025 with some flexibility. Photos don't really do it justice here. It's the first two floors of a renovated brownstone with lots of light, space, large sitting room, big open kitchen and dining room. Two-bedrooms with 3 full bath. Or could potentially be set up as a 3 bedroom. Two bedrooms are huge each with private en suite bathrooms as well as plenty of closet space. One of the bedrooms has a small annex off of it that we use as our daughter's bedroom. Or there is a potential to use the upstairs main room (with sliding doors) as another bedroom. We have full, private backyard and an upstairs deck. There is a large basement with washer dryer and storage. A-train is just a few blocks away. G train is also close. Negotiable on dates and price.
