At the corner of St John and Washington. Tons of coffee shops, restaurants, bars within blocks. Easy access to 2, 3. Good access to 4, Q, and A with a walk. Close to Prospect Park.

Huge backyard with grill and firepit. Shared with landlord, but they have their own private patio so never use the back yard.

Washer / drier in the basement, where I'll also be moving most of my clothing so that the bedroom closets are all yours. Aside from the washer / drier access, basement as not considered part of the sublease as it is where I'll be storing my things.
