I've been living in NYC for 13 years working in music and hospitality and I love this city so much! I've lived in several neighborhoods and this one is by far my favorite, and this apartment is a dream. I feel so lucky to live here, but I love to travel, and try to take a surf trip every winter, so I'm happy to allow someone else to experience the space while I'm away!
