The studio is perfect for a variety of needs and would be ideal for any type of artist. It's primarily used as a Design and Showroom space and periodically rented for Photoshoots/Filming and Events. The studio is also great as a Gallery space for Exhibitions or Artist Residencies.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful and trustworthy. I'm open to different situations as well - sharing it with several artists which would lower the rate per artist if you have multiple people you want to bring in to rent the space. There is plenty of room and wall space available.
