THE SITUATION:

Price includes all furnishing, utilities, everything. It can be pro-rated to your dates. The apartment will be available February 15, 2025, and the end date is somewhat flexible, in early to mid-April or beyond.

I am subletting my gigantic apartment while traveling abroad from Feb. 15 until a mutually-decided date in mid-April (or stay on as my longer-term roommate!). For clarity: It's a 2bd/2ba, but with my bedroom closed, it will function as a 1bd/2ba during the sublet. (I can offer it as a 2bd/2ba at a different price!)

I keep the place very clean and expect you to do the same. It's an old building with quiet neighbors, lots of charm, and two entrances that offer a straight shot to MTA stations. I can provide lots of local recommendations — the neighborhood is fantastic.

It's a very cared-for home, and I hope you will treat it like yours for 7+ weeks!

About This Lister

I work in urban planning, climate, and data privacy, and some opportunities are taking me abroad for 7-8 weeks. I have lived in Brooklyn most of my 9+ years in NYC. I spend my time in and with parks, coffee, museums, transit/mobility/walking/biking, and generally staying engaged with my community. I love my home and think it reflects these interests, should you share them!
