THE SITUATION:

Price includes all furnishing and full use of linens, cleaning, cooking, and other supplies in the apartment. Utilities will be an additional $150/month (so total is $2,700/month). It can be pro-rated to your dates. The apartment will be available February 15, 2025, and the end date is somewhat flexible, in early to mid-April or beyond. From that point onward, there may be an opportunity to stay on as my longer-term roommate (at a lower rent).

For clarity: It's a 2bd/2ba, but with my bedroom closed, it will function as a 1bd/2ba during the sublet. (I can offer it as a 2bd/2ba at a different price.)

I keep the place very clean and expect you to do the same. It's an old building with quiet neighbors, lots of charm, and two entrances that offer a straight shot to MTA stations. I can provide lots of local recommendations — the neighborhood is fantastic.

It's a very cared-for home, and I hope you will treat it like yours for 7+ weeks!
