The two rooms are on opposite sides of the building, each with their own outer hallway entrance (there are 2 units per floor), and are separated by an long inner hallway/kitchen/dining nook, with the bathroom off on the side, so it has a lot of privacy.

The unit is on the 4th floor of a 5-story walkup, and has a virtual doorman for easy mail/package delivery. There is also a phone app that gives you access to the front entrance security camera and intercom.

Although there isn't a washer/dryer in the building, there is a wash-and-fold service literally downstairs one door over (and many other laundromats and wash-and-fold services within a 1-2 block radius). I'm hooked on the wash and fold, which is a big time save.

2 blocks (6 minutes) from C/E subway , 4 blocks (10 minutes) to 1 and NRW (10 minutes).

The closest grocery store (Amish Market) is a 3 minute walk, the closest Target is a 7-minute walk, and there are 24 hour delis on the corner 1 minute away. One block to a community garden with urban oasis vibes (you'll have to apply for key).
