My apartment is a huge, light-washed, 2 bedroom + home office , in Crown Heights on Eastern Parkway between Bedford and Rogers. The apartment is full of plants, is very cozy, and also includes a little cat.

Here's the deal: My guest room is free, and available for short stays (less than a month). I spend a lot of time at my boyfriend's house, so you will have the space to yourself often. My dates are flexible, write to me with yours!

My ideal house guest is a woman with experience being a good + tidy house guest, and wouldn't mind feeding the cat a few times.

Your Room includes:
- Full size mattress
- in the front of the house, facing Eastern Parkway
- Fan + AC unit if you need
- the room is small, but cozy, but you'll have access to the large living room as well.

- large living room with a dining area + pullout couch, lots of plants, 43" television.
- fully equipped home office with an electronic standing desk
- full kitchen with all the things you need, plus a nutribullet for your smoothies and shakes.
- fast wifi, great Work From Home set up (I work from home!)
- Queen size mattress
- cozy, good vibes :)

The property is a townhouse, and the apartment is on the top floor, so there is a flight of stairs in the house.

The Neighborhood:

The apt is located on Eastern Parkway, just 1.5 blocks from the 2/3/4/5 on Franklin Ave. Tons of restaurants on Nostrand and Franklin Ave. The Brooklyn Museum is 4 blocks away, and Prospect park is right there as well. There is an awesome supermarket on the block.
