Enjoy the calm space of a second floor studio. Once you enter the space you will immediately see a bench to take off your shoes, with a coat rack nook right in front of you.

once you walk into the space you will see a very comfortable 12 in memory foam Queen size mattress that is separated from the living room space with a lovely bookshelf. In the living room you will see a cream colored velvet couch, standing desk against the window, a coffee table and wall mounted tv in front of you. Next to the living room is the refrigerator and updated kitchen space, complete with airfryer, stovetop, oven, and movable wooden island. Once you turn right from the bedroom, there is a closet, and bathroom (with an attached bidet). The bathroom has a massive window which keeps the room very bright. The floors are a dark hardwood throughout the entire apartment. There is laundry in the basement, and we have a serene rooftop on the top floor where you get a gorgeous view of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

The neighborhood is full of families and is quite quiet, but there are several amazing restaurants nearby, including Lula bagel, Warude, Peaches, Chavelas , and more! There are two parks nearby, both are just 2 blocks away in different directions. There is a lovely coffee shop, Daughter, a few blocks away as well. It turns into a romantic looking wine bar in the evening. It's also right next to a Walgreens and a grocery store.

The apt is a 7 minute walk from the 3 and 4 train. It's a 15 minute walk from the A, C, E trains. The apt is a 30 minute walk to Prospect Park, and you can enjoy a lovely walk on Eastern Parkway to get there.
