Stay in a super spacious, beautifully furnished, extremely clean and well cared for one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with brand new amenities, and laundry in building.

Seeking someone who is mindful, clean, caring and can keep my very easy to handle plants alive :) If you are an artist who is BIPOC, queer/trans, activist, let me know as I would be open to offering a fam discount <3

This apartment was fully renovated in January 2024 and has hardwood floors. The layout is very open with large rooms including a foyer, living room, and dining room all connected to a kitchen. Kitchen has brand new appliances including a dishwasher. The bedroom has lots of privacy (no shared walls with neighboring apts) and is very large.

Located on Snyder Ave near East 34th street, the building sits on a quiet, tree-lined avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The building has elevators, a package room with keycode access, and laundry rooms.

There's an Ideal Food Basket (very large grocery store) one block away that has everything you need. The closest trains are the 2/5 (a 9 minute walk) at Church Ave. The B44 and B35 are each 2-5 mins walk away. And B49 and B44-SBS (express) are close by as well.

This is a beautiful, historic Caribbean neighborhood loved by the multi-generation families who live here. You can support the many Black-owned businesses like Lips cafe, Aunts et Uncles, Mr. P's Homemade Ice Cream, and Fringe Pilates studio all nearby Church and Nostrand avenues. Highly recommend Anything, the nearest queer bar on Rogers Ave!

Ideally I'm seeking someone for the full time but open to weekly and monthly stays. If flexibility on dates is needed, the apt can be available Dec 20-May 11.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
