This is a lease takeover, meaning you will technically sublease the apartment for the remainder of the current lease (until August 1st) and then have the option to renew if you want! The apartment is rent stabilized. Management requires proof of income and credit check, as well as first month's rent as a deposit.
Place will be vacant by December 18th, but you would start paying rent January 1st.
