I offer digitizing and an archiving service for important documents, art work, journals, family photos, film negatives, photo slides, home videos, your personal movie and music collections. All files are transferred onto a flash drive for you to access on your computer, or I can upload your files onto the digital storage option of your choice.
Unlike labs in New York City I bring a more personal touch to the process. I treat your archives with the utmost care and attention. I communicate with you about the condition of footage in real time, and work on sorting out what parts of your archives should be digitized and what can be left out. Any materials that are damaged I can offer solutions when possible .
See below for the media formats and services I offer. Additionally, I can input your records, tapes, and CDs on Discogs or Ebay. I also offer scanning services of books for professors and academics. MEDIA FORMATS I digitize:
PHOTOS - Photos of all sizes. My scanners have the ability to color correct and remove red eye.
PHOTO RESTORATION, RETOUCHING & PRINTING- Restoration and repair of old photos. Can remove scratches, water stains, dust and repair tears. I offer color correction and retouching for dark and blurry images. I also can make prints photographic prints of your images on archival Epson Ultra Premium Luster paper from sizes 8”X 10”, 11”X 14”, and 16”X 20” plus.
SLIDES -Standard 35mm (1.5” X 1”) up to 7200 ppi resolution
FILM NEGATIVES- 35mm strips up to 7200 ppi resolution
VIDEO- Betamax, VHS, HI8 & MiniDV camcorder tape and DVD and miniDVDs. These formats are digitized into a high quality MP4 files.
AUDIO- Vinyl records 7” and 12”, Cassettes and CD’s. These formats are digitized into a high quality MP3 files.
ARTWORK, DOCUMENTS & MAGAZINES - I have a high quality large format scanner that can scan all sizes of physical media at 300 dpi resolution
