About the Building:

It’s a one-bedroom apartment that I share with a roommate. She’s Italian, a designer, and has her own room. She’s very cool, clean, and polite.

My portion of the apartment is what you see in the photos. It is technically the "living area" that I've converted into a bedroom studio. I’ve lived this way for over a year without installing any partitions because I prefer the open layout to maintain the apartment’s aesthetics and light. It has worked well for both of us as there is completely respect for each other's personal space. However (for long term) you can put up a divider or make any adjustments to ensure you’re comfortable.
