I am in need of a room to rent in Chelsea Neighborhood or a neighborhood nearby. I was accepted to Acting School and will be needing a room with a bed and hopefully a desk and a window. I would like access to a kitchen and possibly laundry. I am hoping for someone friendly who would be willing to show me around the city and who would be flexible with rent until I get myself established with a job.
