I am open to any shape and kind of living space. Preferably a guesthouse. Open to apartments. I will have to commute to California Institute of the Arts every day, so central or east side would work the best for me. Would really appreciate if the space is peaceful and quiet, available for rest after a long working day. If it is apartment, preferably a top floor.

My name is Bella. I am an MFA Film student at CalArts and an experimental filmmaker. I live solo. Very quiet and clean, and respectful to the space that I live in. I am looking for a short term sublet because the place where I am at right now is available only till March 15th. I have something lined up for May 1st. I am in my last semester so I will spend most of the time at school editing my projects. I am 29 yo.
