-entry to apartment requires walking up four flights of stairs

-king size bed (sleeps 2)

-ample closet and storage space

-full tub, shower, sink, mirrors, cabinet and toilet in bathroom
(please be take care with the flusher it's a bit sensitive)
-hair dryer, curl iron, and hair straightener available

-wifi heat ac included

- the ac in the bedroom is the strongest and best to use. the one in the main room isn't super powerful but can also be used.
please turn them off when not in the apartment
there will be extra charges if the electric bill gets too high

-roku tv
-no landline phone or printer (i use fed ex close by for printing and faxing)

kitchen has
-medium size fridge with a very small freezer inside the fridge(which can sometimes freeze over) therefore additional freezer located in basement

-gas stove and oven
-microwave
-blender and mixer
-citrus juicer
-toaster
-tea kettle
-coffee maker coffee grinder milk steamer
-pots pans etc cooking and eating supplies

-laundry operated by credit card in basement
-clothes steamer in basement
-trash and recycling goes in basement
-bike storage in basement
-no pets smoking or illegal activities allowed in the apartment or buidling
-please be a quiet and discreet guest

-couch in the main room can sleep one additional guest as well as the fold up futon type cushion in the main room
