Great hikes and walks at Kenneth Hahn Park 7 minutes away. Playa Vista, Marina Del Rey, and Culver City are each around 8-10 minutes away, Venice Beach is roughly 15 minutes away.

It's a really comfortable and nicely equipped spot!
