I'm subletting my 1 bedroom apartment for June and July. It's in a building right across from Prospect Park. There's lots of light and the windows look out on the courtyard so it is very quiet at night. Washer/Dryer in the unit AC and a dishwasher. There's a roof deck, a gym and a 24 hour door person. It's a great neighborhood near the Q/B Parkside and Church Ave trains. Walking distance to Windsor Terrace, Flatbush, Lefferts and Ditmas Park. And it's right across the street from Prospect Park. I really enjoy living here and it's a great place to be in the summer.
