I am subletting my beloved top floor apartment in Bed Stuy. The apartment is located on a 4th floor walkup in a quiet building, on a quiet street. This space has been my sanctuary, and I hope someone enjoys it as much as me. There are tones of windows, plants, and natural light throughout the apartment.

The setup is a railroad style, with a large bedroom with a very comfortable queen sized bed, attached to an office that is equipped with top of the line equipment including a monitor, a scanner, and a printer. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a vitamix and all of your cooking needs. The living room has a cozy couch, plenty of books, and a bluetooth marshall speaker (there is no TV).

I keep my place clean and tidy, and I'm looking for someone lowkey who will respect my space. It's perfect for a couple or an artist who enjoy quiet but quick access to plenty of great neighbourhoods.

The apartment is near the J and M trains which take you into the city in less than 20 minutes. Also nearby is a laundromat, tones of cute bars and cafes in one of the best neighbourhoods of Brooklyn.

Rent is $3000 for the entire stay with everything included. This covers my rent and utilities.
