🛌 What's the *room* like?
The bedroom is larger than NYC average with two windows and comes fully furnished with a loveseat, bed, massive desk (motorized sit/stand w/ monitor & ring light) looking out into the garden, closet, books, art, and beautiful plants 🪴 Shared bathroom on the floor.

🏠 What's the *house and neighborhood* like?
> Lovingly well-maintained historic brownstone in Crown Heights. 4 floors containing 7 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 4 full bathrooms, 2 common rooms, books area, shared washer/dryer, and a garden w/ deck.
> The house is a 2-min walk to the LIRR, 5-min walk to the A/C line, and a 10-min walk to 2/3/4/5. There are a lot of delicious restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby.
> Accessibility: As is typical for a brownstone, there are 10ish stairs to reach the main entry level. The bedroom is on the floor above, so another 20ish stairs.

> Upstairs large common room with projector and screen. It's furnished with a daybed, sofas etc. and doubles as a guest room you can make use of!

👥 Who would you be living with?
> Seven individuals (6 she/her and 1 pronoun indifferent) with shared values living in community. Everyone's busy in typical New York fashion so it can be surprisingly quiet at times around the house! We value open and honest communication and I'm looking for the same in you.
> We have a wonderful person who cleans the common spaces monthly. We keep common spaces tidy and share responsibility for taking care of the house (without a chore wheel)
> Holiday season means the house might host a few gatherings for close friends which you'd be welcome to participate in (and invite your people to, should you wish to!)
> My housemates will be taking care of a friend's cat in December.
