This is a beautiful 325 foot space with 11 ft high ceilings in a landmark building that is perfect for an artist, writer, filmmaker, photographer or a small business looking for an affordable office space. This large space can comfortably accommodate up to four work stations. All the spaces have doors maximizing privacy for each occupant. This turnkey space has 24/7 access, an elevator, a freight, and a doorman who will hold packages (within reason) in an 8th Floor loft with northern exposure occupied by only two other persons. There is access to a refrigerator and internet included. This space is being offered for a minimum of six months and longer pending discussion. Basic furnishings (desks, chairs, lamps, wastepaper baskets, white boards) can be provided for minimal fees as well as an AC for the summer months. The sequence of photos in this notice show the same space as raw or furnished; there is shelving but not as much as presented in the photos. There is a minimal extra charge for furnishings depending on the requirements. The space is separated by walls and doors from the other three rooms in the loft that are occupied by two other individuals in the film/tv industry (both vaccinated) who use the space intermittently. One person would need to pass through this space to get to her space in the course of the day. If you are a filmmaker, there is an offline edit system that can be incorporated into the space or rented separately in an adjacent room. We also have a projector and screen for photographers and filmmakers.
