Hello! I am looking to sublet my room while I am traveling. It is a 2 bed / 1 bath with large living and dining space. You will be sharing the apt with one roommate (M, 36). It is a generally pretty quiet space, we don't throw parties or have a ton of guests over. Smoke and pet free.
It is an elevator building but there is a small staircase in the lobby so it is not fully accessible.
The 2/5 at Sterling is just a block away. Buses are nearby as well. We are also about a 15-20 min walk away from Prospect Park.

Rental requirements
- $500/week (min of two weeks)
- Utilities included
- Rent will be due in full prior to your stay plus a $300 refundable security deposit
- Priority will be given to someone who can stay for a longer duration
- If you are in the area I can give a tour prior to move-in, otherwise we can do a virtual tour
