I have a room available for sublet from Nov 21 through Dec 13. I will be away from 11/25-11/30, and you can have a whole apartment to yourself for that period.

- 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment
- Elevator building with 24 hr doorman
- Quite neighborhood
- Close to Prospect Park and Greenwood Cemetery, right off the Church Ave stop on the F/G trains

The room is roughly 200 sq.ft with a walk-in closet. Pictured unfurnished but I have a full-size bed frame.

Laundromat is in the basement of the building. There are three grocery stores within a block with one right downstairs.

I am occupying the small bedroom and part of the living room as my workspace. You will be renting a larger bedroom. We will share the rest of the living room, kitchen and bathroom.
