We are reasonably clean and looking for the same in our new roomie. We both have fairly active social lives which we don't bring home- also looking or the same as we don't want a college dorm atmosphere w/numerous people in and out on a regular basis. No live in partners- looking for one person per room not 2. Occasional diner parties welcomed. Sorry, no pets.

Looking for mature roommate (Female only). Preferably someone in their later 20's/30's. This is a pretty great aprt as it's big, close to public transportation and in a growing neighborhood with new amenities opening up monthly.

If you're into high drama, living in a hang out pad and have been told that you're a messy roommate- this will not be a good fit.

Our street block has many businesses- Cafe, Gym, bars as well as numerous amazing dining and bar options within a few blocks. Generally speaking there is a lot of foot traffic from our doorstep to the subway station.

$1400/room + utilities (internet, electric, gas, around $100- $120/mo depending on the season) First, Last month (this is the security deposit) up front.
