Welcome to my home, a spacious (700 sqft), true one-bedroom, one-bathroom appt with wonderful natural light from the big south-facing windows in the living room and bedroom. We're on the top floor of the building (we have an elevator!), and the building across the street is only a couple of floors higher, so we get direct sunlight.

Surrounded by some of the coolest restaurants, bars, and neighborhoods, we're a few minutes walk from SoHo, NoHo, Nolita, East Village, Union Square, LES, and more, and we have a Citibike dock in front of the building and multiple subway lines only 2-5 minutes walk away.

It is tastefully decorated and has a large, very well-equipped kitchen (I'm a foodie who loves to cook), including a Ninja Airfryer, a new memory foam bed, a high-end Epson projector, a Samsung soundbar, a big closet in the bedroom and a huge walk-in closet off of the living room, two desks with monitors (one 34" curved gaming monitor), comfortable desk chairs, and plenty of plugs.
