I’m looking to fill the second bedroom in my 2br apartment. The room is on the upper level of the apartment, downstairs is the common space, my bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment. The bedroom is ~12x12ft, comfortably fits a queen bed, dresser and desk, and gets lots of natural light.

There is a shared office/workspace downstairs with room for a second desk and some extra storage. I also keep a variety of design and carpentry tools in the studio, and some sewing things as well.

Utilities (electric, Wi-Fi, gas) are typically $200 per month per person.

The vibe at the apartment is relaxed. I am open to both communal and private dynamics with housemates and tend to go back and forth between them myself. Typically I am out of the house from 8a - 7p. When I am home I listen to lots of music, cook, or I hold up in my room watching shows and talking on the phone. Occasionally I will do some sort of craft or carpentry project.

I try to keep quiet hours between 10am - 6am - outside those times anything goes really. I have a partner who is finishing her graduate studies - she lives here in the summer and in Boston during the academic year.
