The Apt
The apartment is approx. 1000 sq. ft. and located on a quiet, tree-lined street. It is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware, there are plenty of towels/sheets, and there’s space for some storage. The apt also comes with wifi and a TV. (Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime)

The main bedroom has a seriously comfortable king sized bed. The 2nd room is a small office space.

The Neighborhood
Bedford-Stuyvesant is a historical, residential neighborhood in central Brooklyn that has a lot of trees and brownstone buildings. There are a few grocery stores to choose from, lots of restaurants with outdoor seating, coffee shops, a great neighborhood park within walking distance, and a handful of community gardens. There is great street parking, a bike share station down the street, buses going in every direction, and both the J/Z // A train stations are within a 10 min walk.

I'm a playwright with a day job in advertising. Originally from the Toronto area, I moved to NYC for grad school a while back and never left. I share the apartment with my partner who works in fashion. We rent the apartment and have been here for over 5 years.
