Looking for a chill person to rent my large 1 bedroom apartment located in the East Village. It's a corner apartment with an elevator on the 3rd floor so there's tons of natural light all day. The apartment if furnished with post modern designer furniture so you can vibe out. Great space to do creative work. I have a small record collection and record player, a large format projector with streaming accounts, and blue tooth audio.

In addition to the one bedroom, there is a lofted space with a king sized bed, desk, and couch, and coffee table. There’s a recently remodeled full kitchen which includes a dishwasher. There is coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. There is also a common space rooftop with outdoor furniture and great views of the city. Perfect spot to have a glass of wine for happy hour

Can't beat the location, surrounded by a ton of incredible bars and restaurants, three blocks away from Tompkins Square Park, and quick walk from the L, J, M, Z, F trains. Come stay for a real New York experience in a fun neighborhood.

I'm a writer/filmmaker heading out of the country for a writing retreat and would love to share my cool space with someone who wouldn’t mind watering the plants :) My travel plans are somewhat flexible within my date range but I prefer someone who would like to stay for at least 1 week, preference would be for longer.

My building requires quite time after 10PM so I ask that guest turn off music at 10pm. Pets and parties are not allowed.
