Apartment Showings: Feb 5th - Feb 9th
** Move out date can be flexible and possibly extend for loner (mid April-ish)

- 135 St Train Station (local B/C) - 5 minutes walk
- 125th St Train Station (express and local A/C & B/D) - 8 minutes walk
- 135th St Train Station (express 2/3) - 10 minutes walk
- M10 Bus right on the corner (goes all the way down Manhattan via Central Park West
- M2 and M3 buses also extremely close

Ideal Person
- Low-key and peaceful (no parties in the apartment, please)
- Clean and respectful
- No smoking
- Recycles and composts (compost drop-off is at the corner of the block)
- Wouldn’t mind if I did a background check at your expense @ about $20
